About Us
The Port Huron Office Center, a 60,000 square foot, 6 story structure, was built in 1969 by a group of 16 investors who wanted to provide a professional, quality office building in the heart of downtown Port Huron. It is currently owned by one of the original investors. The building was designed by local architect Richard Cogley. Mr. Cogley designed the Municipal Office Center, on the banks of the St. Clair River and many other building in the area.
The PHOC has an interesting history, it was once known as the Peoples Bank Building as the Bank was the major tenant during those years. The Fogcutter Restaurant was one of the original tenants and remains a thriving and popular restaurant. Today, the Port Huron Office Center serves as home to many fine tenants, with the majority in the legal profession.
The St. Clair County Courthouse, City & County Municipal Offices being just steps away offer convenience and great exposure. Aside from the convenient location - it''s all about the views of the St. Clair River, Blue Water Bridge and Lake Huron that really captivate tenants and their clients.
